Because you use less honey when you consume it to contour act it’s sweet taste you use less, so the intake of calories will be less then when using granulated sugar.

4. Mouthwash: add about a teaspoon of honey to a glass of water and give a good swirl around in your mouth after brushing to give a good sweet start to the morning in place of a mouthwash to help prevent infection and eliminate plaque.

5. Hair mask: 3 tablespoons of raw honey(may have to melt a lil), one tablespoon of plain yogurt(prefer organic) and two teaspoons of lemon juice. Honey has anti inflammatory,antibacterial and antifungal (whole bunch of anti’s basically) that help heal the scalp
