I had an amazing experience working with Malanna. She was fun, honest, caring and knowledgeable. I got the feeling that she genuinely cared about not only my physical health, but my mental health on this journey. She asked all the right questions to see how she could be of assistance to me throughout this process. I had been a vegan (not a healthy one!) for 8 months when I finally decided that I needed to either figure out how to be a healthier vegan or just reintroduce animal products. I decided that I love hot wings and wanted them back in my lifestyle. Malanna was really insightful on the process of me still including some of the healthy options from my vegan based lifestyle and incorporating animal products as well. Overall, I give her a 10/10 and would definitely recommend.

I’ve been studying and coaching nutrition for a few years now, I have a blog called Journey 1807 where I give my thoughts and opinions about nutrition through a realistic view. I fell in love with nutrition when I was going through my first self-love journey. Healing my mind helped me get back into the kitchen to do what I love in a healthy space that ultimately lead me to a healthy lifestyle.
